I've been there, looking for the "secrets" to exceed at work, life, fitness, and nutrition for 15+ years; sometimes exercising for fun, other times to win powerlifting competitions, and most times just to be healthy, look and feel good.

If you're busy, like me, and looking for simple ways to stay fit without interfering with your personal and professional life, I'm here to help.

As of a study done between 2017-2018, only 6.8% of Americans have optimal Cardiometabolic health. I get it, it's HARD to stay active when you have career aspirations, family lives, and other goals and hobbies that take priority.

My mission with this Newsletter is to share the lessons, tips, tricks, and variety of workouts I've learned and developed from years of personal and professional experience so more people can improve their health, fitness, and well being, without making a sacrifice.
